Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to support the day-to-day management of short-term rental and hospitality properties.

The successful candidate will work across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and other online travel and property management platforms, ensuring listings, reservations, guest communication and property administration are managed accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing short-term rentals, holiday accommodation, serviced apartments or hospitality properties.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com and other hospitality platforms.
Manage reservations, availability, cancellations and booking amendments.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and messages.
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
Manage guest requests, issues and complaints through to resolution.
Maintain accurate property calendars and availability.
Update property descriptions, photographs, pricing and listing information.
Monitor reviews, guest feedback and ratings.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and property turnaround between bookings.
Liaise with cleaners, maintenance teams, contractors and property owners.
Track maintenance issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, guests, property information and operational tasks.
Assist with pricing, rate updates and promotional offers where required.
Monitor booking activity and identify outstanding actions.
Prepare basic reports relating to occupancy, bookings, revenue and property performance.
Ensure properties are prepared to the required standard before guest arrival.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the property management team.

Required Skills

2+ years' hands-on experience in short-term rental, hospitality or property administration.
Direct experience using Airbnb and/or Booking.com.
Experience managing online property or hospitality listings.
Experience handling reservations and guest communication.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple properties, bookings and priorities simultaneously.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Confident using online platforms and technology.
Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Ability to work UK business hours.
