Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer who can turn concepts and wireframes into refined, high-quality digital experiences. You’ll work closely with the Design Manager and wider creative team to develop websites that are visually engaging, strategically structured and designed with clear user and business outcomes in mind.

This role requires more than simply making a website look good. You’ll need to understand the story behind a page, the user journey, the brand and the desired action, and translate these into thoughtful, conversion-focused designs.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Design Manager and creative team to develop wireframes, explore references and establish the visual direction for client projects.
Transform wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs with a strong focus on hierarchy, messaging, usability and conversion.
Develop visually polished web pages while working within established brand identities and guidelines.
Design across different website requirements, including:
Conversion-focused B2B landing pages
Story-led websites incorporating motion, complex visuals and 3D elements
Select imagery, layouts, typography, interactions and visual treatments that strengthen the overall message and purpose of each page.
Collaborate with visual and motion designers to ensure designs translate effectively into engaging web experiences.
Use AI-powered workflows and tools to improve efficiency, explore ideas and expand your design capabilities.
Work with the team to review website performance, user behaviour and conversion data, using these insights to improve landing pages and digital experiences.
Take ownership of projects, proactively identifying solutions and next steps rather than waiting for direction when challenges arise.

Required Skills

Strong UI design expertise with a solid understanding of UX principles, including user flows, information structure and design systems.
Practical understanding of AI workflows and how AI can be incorporated into modern design and agency processes.
Basic UX writing capability, including writing effective microcopy, CTAs and supporting on-page messaging.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma – essential.
Experience with Webflow or Framer, or a strong understanding of how web designs are developed, implemented and animated.
Ability to think strategically and confidently explain the reasoning behind your design choices.
A strong, current design portfolio demonstrating excellent visual judgement and modern web design skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around spacing, alignment, consistency, typography and overall visual polish.
Proven experience designing marketing websites and branded digital experiences.
Ability to work independently, maintain momentum and proactively identify what needs to happen next.
Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback, taking ownership of deliverables and approaching challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
